Mr. Seshea Mokhehle – Director of Administration

Biography: Seshea Mokhehle joined Maseru City Coucil in 1996. At MCC he developed many unique administrative programs that relied on the impact of socio-economic developments. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Administration ad Political Science from the National University of Lesotho, M.A in Policy Studies from Southern African Institute for Policy Studies and Postgraduate diploma in Leadership and Strategic Implementation from LIPAM/IPA.
